Stranger Things is back with a vengeance! So much so that my mouth dropped at the end of the first episode, as I was not expecting the intensity of the final scene. I loved season 1 and felt season 2, as well as season 3 got lost in the the drama of character development. However, season 4 vol.1 made up for it, by having a dominant villain so terrifying no character is safe.

The usual humor, fashion, and adventure is still great, but the horror level was turned way up in this season. I would rate Stranger Things Season 4 vol.1 a solid 9.5 out of 10!
