Firstly, I would like start off by saying I grew up knowing who Elvis was because my Grandmother loved his music, and since she was a fan, I watched this movie for her. Also, in case you care to know my favorite Elvis song is ‘Can’t Help Falling In Love,’ but after this movie, ‘Unchained Melody’ has become a favorite as well.

Elvis (2022) the movie, is a fast paced film that highlights key points in his relationship with his manager and as someone who didn’t know his story, I felt completely saddened to know what Elvis went through. Austin Butler was absolutely beautiful throughout this movie and his transformation from costumes down to his voice is breathtaking. The entire cast shined, but none brighter than the King. The cinematography, costumes, sets, and score, were a stunning blend of Elvis’ legendary style. Overall, a 9.5/10 and I am sure the King would agree with that⚡
