I finally went to see Top Gun: Maverick (2022) and I was pleasantly surprised to find it was a good movie. This sequel definitely stayed true to its original with the vibe, style, and soundtrack playing throughout the film. The action scenes were elevated this time around and the story was interesting. The only complaint is they didn’t play ‘Take My Breath Away,’ at any point. Overall, a solid 9 out of 10.
