  1. I certainly have!😊hahaha! I’ve been trying to walk at least 50 min every day just to help with my emotional/mental health in addition to my physical well-being. I’m trying to maintain some consistency, sometimes I start then stop after awhile. Now though I’m interested in adding some regular biking to my routine — I’ve found that when I’m not active enough (or when I’m stuck inside all day everyday) I get depressed pretty easy. I’m aiming to go biking for about an hour, 3-4 times a week and I hope that’ll help me be happier, healthier, and more balanced. 💙💙☺
