The Mandalorian (2019-Present) Season 3 Premiere Review

To recap, I enjoyed The Mandalorian (2019-Present) season 1, season 2, and The Book of Boba Fett (2021) season 1. Like most people, it was due to the cute, but surprisingly powerful little green sweetheart, Grogu, or formerly known as Baby Yoda. Every single time he shows up on the screen, I say out loud ‘I want my own little Baby Yoda following me around in his pod.’ Thankfully, I haven’t watched these shows with anyone, so no one’s experience has been ruined by my ‘aww‘s’ or other unnecessary commentary.

Anyway, back to The Mandalorian (2019-Present) Season 3 Premiere Episode 1, it was an action packed opening and more of a continuation of the three shows prior. So, you might be lost if you start at this particular episode, unless you watch this as the start and the other seasons later as a prequel. Overall, it was an overload of cuteness, cool fight scenes, and a call back to earlier seasons. Not a bad open and I would rate this episode a 9 out of 10.
